Gevrey Chambertin村經營多年的女釀酒師Sylvie Esmonin，近年以堅實兼具細膩感與花香的Gevrey Chambertin村酒釀出一片好名聲，村莊級作品就拿下BH給予90-93的高分。

Ripe and exuberantly spicy aromas are laced with floral and earth nuances along with liqueur-like dark currant wisps. There is excellent mid-palate density to the rich and once again, very generously proportioned flavors that possess a velvety texture on the lightly stony, austere and serious finale. This excellent and moderately firm effort will need most of a decade to show its full potential. I would further comment that it's relatively rare to find this level of quality in a Gevrey villages.

【2019布根地年份】
布根地2019年份成熟季的白天相當炎熱，夜晚卻又足夠涼爽，成為了單寧柔順、果香成熟豐沛、酸度也相對漂亮的優異之作，最重要的布根地評鑑Allen Meadow直接挑明了說：「2019是個收藏家的年份，的確，如過錯過這個年份的收藏，將來一定會失望」。

根據WA年份表2019伯恩丘紅酒分數高達96分，與傳奇年分2015、2005年同分，比2009、2010都還要更好，2019年伯恩丘紅酒好不好，各位已經完全明瞭。

【酒莊介紹】
在布根地Dijon科班出生學習釀酒的Sylvie Esmonin，在回家族酒莊之前，擔任過非常多間酒莊的釀酒顧問，他在1986年回家接手酒莊，短短3年就將酒質拉高，讓Sylvie Esmonin的招牌再度閃亮於Gevrey Chambertin村，1989年是他自己的正式接手的第一個年份。

酒莊擁有令人稱羨的Gevrey Chambertin村超級一級園Clos St Jacques，它們也與其他4間酒莊共同持有這個地塊。酒莊現在以偏向有機的方式栽種葡萄，並漸漸提高用梗比例來，讓酒中有越來越多輕盈的花性香氣，是Gevrey Chambertin的超值名莊。
