Allen Meadow（BH）每年都會將Simon Bize列為必訪酒莊，Allen認為Simon Bize每年都釀出相當優美可愛的葡萄酒，2017年份也同樣比其他酒莊表現更為出色。

酒莊有6片非常知名的Savigny Les Beaune一級葡萄園，大部分是位於北側的一級園群，其中Les Fournaux更是直接面東的中坡地塊，纖細之中更飽滿堅實。

This is the first wine to display much reduction and it's enough to suppress the underlying fruit at present. Thereis more size, weight and richness if less minerality to the muscular medium-bodied flavors that terminate in arustic, serious and sneaky long finish. Patience definitely advised.

【布根地2017年份】
布根地2017年份，不似耐陳如2018、2016、2015這些"大年"，卻反而鮮美多汁，是消費者心目中的好喝年份，WS給了93~94的年份分數，WA則給了91分，而且所有的專家幾乎都一致認為：2017年份布根地紅酒的特色就是：豐收產量大、果味豐富、甜美多汁。

【酒莊介紹】
Simon Bize酒莊現在由Chisa Bize與他丈夫的妹妹Marielle Grivot-Bize共同管理，在Savigny Les Beaune，村是數一數二的酒莊，在濃郁緊實的村莊酒風中，釀出難得的優雅線條。Chisa Bize是嫁給Simon Bize的日本新年，在丈夫身邊數十年，學了一身本領，並在2013年過世後肩負起釀酒大任，消費者的評價不減反增。

雖然來自金融業，Chisa Bize後來在布根地名莊Leflaive的釀酒學校學習，自她接觸到了自然動力法，便開始改變Simon Bize的葡萄園與釀造理念，酒莊有6片非常知名的Savigny Les Beaune一級葡萄園，大部分是位於北側的一級園群，其中Les Fournaux更是直接面東的中坡地塊，纖細之中更飽滿堅實。
